Hello, I'm Pamela.

believe therapy can be a joyous, fulfilling experience — a place where discomfort becomes doorway, and change becomes yours.

I am a licensed LPC with advanced training in EMDR and Theta healing, and I bring an intuitive, whole-person approach to every session. Over the years, I've found this blend to be the gentlest way to loosen the patterns that no longer serve us.

Every client arrives with their own story, history, and hopes so I meet you exactly where you are, weaving proven techniques with deep compassion and intuitive insight, so what emerges on the other side is unmistakably yours.

Reaching what talk alone cannot.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Theta healing reach the deeper, intuitive layers of the mind  places words alone can't always reach. Traditional talk therapy often stays on the surface. By gently working with the mind and body together, we can process trauma and old stories at the level where they're truly held, allowing for a deeper, more lasting sense of resolution.
